Does JUDtlv have a psychical store I can visit?
Yes, you can visit our studio located in Israel.

No, you can change the currency via the currency changer.

We ship worldwide.
The style I wanted is sold out, how can I find out if its being restocked?
JUDtlv is a handmade designer brand, we produce a limited amount from each design so items are selling out quickly. We recommended signing up for our product restock waitlist by entering your email address on the wanted product page and you will be notified once it's back in stock.
I want to return an item what should I do?
Please visit our return policy, if your item is eligible for return please follow the remaining steps carefully.
How do I use my JUDtlv Gift Card?
All you need to do is insert the gift card code in the discount code field on the payment page click `apply` and you`re done! If you have any troubles with your gift card code don`t hesitate to contact us and we will assist you promptly.
ORDERING
How do I know if ordering online is secure?There are 2 things you should be looking for to check if an online store is secure.
Firstly, look at the URL bar of your browser window, If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock it indicates Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is active. Secondly, be sure to check that the URL for the page you are on begins with "HTTPS".
Once an order is placed a confirmation email should be sent to your inbox within 24 hours. If you haven't received it after 24 hours from your purchase please contact our customer service here.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information and tracking link. You can also track your order here, and from the footer menu on our website.
My tracking number says my package was delivered,but I haven't received it.
Once an order leaves our studio for shipping, a tracking number is issued and all responsibility for delivery is held by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier`s support team with your tracking information and requesting their assistance.
Can I make adjustments to my order?
It depends on what you'd like to adjust, we do our best to accommodate our customers to the highest level. Therefore we always recommend writing us your request preferably in the note box of your order. We`ll be happy to let you know if it is possible or give you other solutions.
Why isn't my discount code working?Firstly double check your spelling, and if you`re still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service here, make sure to send your code in the message and we’ll do our best to assist you.
I forgot to add my discount code. Can I apply it after I placed my order?
Once you have completed your order there is no option to apply your discount code retroactively. If this happens we`ll recommend using the discount code in your next order.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
We accept cancellations in the following terms;
- Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase.
- Requests for cancellation will be approved provided the request is received before the package is picked up for delivery. If the cancellation request will be received after that deadline it will not be approved.
