Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept cancellations in the following terms; 

• Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase 
• Requests for cancellation will be approved provided the request is received before the package is picked up for delivery. If the cancellation request will be received after that deadline it will not be approved

Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
